For smooth operation of your capture system, supervisors and administrators need the right tools. Taskmaster provides a Job Monitor for supervisors to view the entire capture environment for work and operator status. Filters enable precise viewing of a single batch, station or user, even if there are thousands in process. Batches can be adjusted or deleted; a special utility even enables you to program the system to send an e-mail whenever a condition arises, so you can focus on other tasks.
The Taskmaster Job Monitor provides a window into your workload. You can check batches in progress, or use the Job Monitor Filter to isolate individual stations or users. You can also run reports that give you up-to-date information on the system, whether you're around the corner or around the world.
The Taskmaster Report Viewer enables Administrators or Supervisors to assemble, review and print statistics detailing the activity of a specific task, such as Scan or Verify. Batch aging reports are also available.
The reports can present the details of a task's transactions, or a summary of its activity. In addition, the Report Viewers' Filter capabilities let you focus on just the information you need.
The Taskmaster Enhanced Notification Utility (ENU) notifies administrators and supervisors via e-mail or pager when any condition of interest arises within a document workflow. ENU is rules-based, so you simply apply a rule to check the Taskmaster database at regular intervals, and if the condition is met, then it can trigger an e-mail or pager message.
