Addresses and telephone numbers are validated with a Zip Code lookup and logical date comparisons ensure that the Date of Service is accurate.

No Template Configuration

Medical claims will be processed in just a fraction of the time needed for manual data entry. Dynamic claim format analysis handles all variations in the standard CMS/HCFA 1500 and UB-92 claim forms at runtime, requiring no pre-configuration of templates.

Targets New Claim Forms

This release is focused on the latest claim forms: CMS 1500 Professional claim forms and UB04 Institutional claim forms.  These new forms replace the HCFA 1500 and UB92 .
