1. Rulerunner Quattro - Unprecedented processing power from your existing hardware

Rulerunner Quattro is a new option for Taskmaster 7.5 that enables Taskmaster Rulerunner to leverage the power of multiprocessor systems. Rulerunner Quattro enables the simultaneous processing of up to four batches of document images on a single computer. 

Benchmarking results indicate that, with Rulerunner Quattro, a dual core processor can complete two batches in nearly the same time as it currently takes to complete one, and a quad core processor can complete four batches in nearly the same time.

Customers adding Rulerunner Quattro to their configurations by 12/31/08 will also receive additional cost incentives over standard pricing.

The key to capture system performance is the combination of best practices, state of the art hardware and a well-tuned, optimized application environment. Due to changes in business conditions, processes and workloads, most applications require some tuning and enhancement of their configuration to continue to operate at peak efficiency.

The Capture Check-up is an economical, remotely-enabled services offering designed to assess your current Datacap configuration, provide suggestions on how to optimize the system and also establish a road map for future enhancement considerations.

What the Check-up includes:

• An efficiency review of customer-implemented applications
• Fingerprint cleanup for Invoice applications
• Analysis and recommendations for disaster recovery
• Documenting application installation and configuration
• Documenting application from user/supervisor perspective
• Check network speed
• Check installation for bad path entries and incompatible/inconsistent files
• Review all Taskmaster Logs to check for errors.
• Review all SPRs for the customer from the last 3 months to look for trends, outstanding fixes, and to understand past problems to potentially correlate to current environment issues
