Excellence in Operations and Technology Award  

California First National Bancorp was awarded the 2007 Excellence in Operations and Technology Award from the Equipment Leasing & Financing Association (ELFA) for its Datacap Taskmaster for Invoices implementation. Task Master for Invoices uses advanced OCR techniques to automatically extract data from the variable forms. TMI uses rules to locate and validate data - without requiring set-up for each vendor invoice. California First National Bancorp now processes an increased number of transactions with fewer personnel and has improved the accuracy of their systems!

AIIM Expo 2006 Best of Show

Datacap was awarded the 2006 AIIM Best of Show Award for its Taskmaster Web Service -- a flexible set of capture capabilities, including image processing, recognition, validation, and export formatting, that are hosted in a Web Service, simplifying integration. The Best of Show Award is presented to the ECM hardware and software technologies on exhibit at the AIIM 2006 Conference and Exhibition that demonstrate exceptional capabilities and quality, and show evidence of significant ROI (Return on Investment) potential. Fujitsu Innovative Leadership Award

Datacap was awarded the Innovative Leadership Award in recognition for its distributed scanning application provided to SIRVA, parent company of North American Van Lines. This award is granted to ISVs to recognize exceptional contributions to the field of content management. Learn more about this honor here.
ACE Award Datacap was named a 2005 finalist for an ECM Industry ACE award in the ECM Software Vendor - Capture Solution category. An ACE award embodies three distinct areas of a vendor's ECM offering - "A" for the appeal that the company's products present, "C" for the content of the vendor's website, and "E" for the education programs the company provides to those that sell or purchase their products and services.
Process Innovation Award American College of Physicians received a 2004 Process Innovation Award from Kinetic Information LLC for its Datacap Taskmaster implementation, which combines imaging-based data capture and web-based data entry for medical laboratory testing. Read more here.
FileNet Innovation Award Nationwide Services Company, a Shared Services division of Nationwide Insurance, was awarded a 2004 FileNet Innovation Award for its E-File application, which includes Taskmaster Components, Datacap forms processing software that runs inside FileNet Capture Professional. Best of Today Award Datacap Taskmaster received a Best Of Today Award from Today Magazine, the publication of The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI). Referring to Taskmaster Web, the magazine wrote: "This capture tool competes well in the industry's race to bring data processing to home-based and remote workers."
Computerworld Award The Massachusetts Department of Revenue was selected for the Computerworld Smithsonian Award for Innovations that Benefit Society , based on the Datacap Taskmaster automated tax processing solution that has helped Massachusetts save more than $1 million a year since 1995.
